Bethlehem Star Olivewood Factory: http://www.bethlehem-olivewood.com/ - A wholesaler (minimum orders of US$400) dealing in "top quality handmade olivewood crafts from Bethlehem in the Holy Land." The factory deals in Nativity sets, crosses, boxes, Christmas ornaments, figures, animals, and other olivewood goods. The Jordan Vegetable Oil Industries Co. Ltd.: http://www.zaytona.com/JVOIC/ - I visited this Nablus-based factory in 1989 when it, in common with all other Palestinian industries, was going through a hard time. Today, this company, established 44 years ago seems to be doing okay. The website, a single page product list, isn't doing as well. With a factory in Jordan established in 1992, this company supplies the West Bank, Jordan, the Gulf, Eastern Europe and the USA with pure palm and corn oil, ghee products, and margarine. Taybeh's Golden Beer has recently begun to be brewed in Germany, and the Palestinian factory near Ramallah welcomes visitors. Hey, we may not have a state, but we do have a beer. And it's good.
