The 250m2 Gallery is inspired by traditional Islamic
architecture. Constructed as a house, the spaces for exhibition are inspired by the
traditional ”Youk”.
The walls and ceiling
have the form of arches, vaults and cupolas, and the traditional interior patio is also
reproduced.
The Gallery hosts, on
a rotating basis, the work of different Palestinian and foreign artists, ranging from
traditional to contemporary arts. |
