ARRC is one of the few health organizations that provide tertiary care. The specialized services offered at the Center require continuous in-service educational plans for all members of the rehabilitation team.

Patients require special attention in planning educational activities. Topics related to spinal cord injuries, like skin care, bowel and bladder management, social and sexual problems, nutritional needs must be covered with the patients frequently. Individual patient education is required most of the time, and is performed according to the patient’s needs.
