focal place from which all Palestinians may be able to direct their
efforts to retaining, rebuilding and enhancing their status as people
rich in culture, history and tradition.
To encourage productive
coordination and cooperation between the Palestinian people all around the world and the
international community.
To develop mutual understanding
and respect among individuals, organizations and other groups.
To offer the place and
opportunity for individuals and organized groups to interact positively through well
organized discussions and meetings.
To offer services through
its modern library, books, reference materials and access to the latest information to all
those who may require them.
To provide the opportunity for
Palestinian women to develop and organize activities in which they will participate to
improve their status in the community.
To innitiate the needed training
courses, workshops and intellectual debates which will lead to more understanding,
cooperation, and better working conditions between all the groups and individuals who are
active in Gaza strip.
To cooperate with similar
centers locally and internationally in coordinating activities that will help in creating
understanding between Palestinians and others.
