The course aimed to enhance the capabilities of managers to identify workable projects, the ability to develop funding policies, to write persuasive proposals, and develop evaluation skills. The course included the following topics: Organization Strategy; Program Strategy; Project Planning and Design, Financing Policy, Fund Raising; Donor Relations and Reporting. Project ManagementThis course was offered for general and departmental managers in the public sector and emphasized project design and the administrative skills needed for running a project. The course covered the following topics: Organization and structure, planning, marketing, financial analysis and accounting. Private SectorPlanning and Management of Productive Projects.This course, held in co-operation with UNRWA, was offered for department managers and managers of small projects and aimed to increase the self-awareness of participants as well as introduce different forms of leadership. The course covered management skills for productive projects, communication and effective leadership skills. Project ManagementThis course enabled managers and owners of small businesses in the private sector to improve their skills in financial management, administration, production, marketing and personnel management. The course was offered at three levels: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced.
