BTC in BULGARIA and CESK TELECOM in CZECH REPUBLIC; are the recent operators to contract with the Palestine Telecommunications Company, Paltel, during May 2001 per routing international traffic through Palestine's independent code 970 rather than through Israel's 972 code.

The ceaseless process of adding new operators to the 106 from around the world will continue till reaching international coverage.
