Reduction in Fixed Phone Subscription Fees & International Call Tariff

The Palestinian Ministry of Post & Telecommunications is reducing international call tariff to the Arab countries. Reduction rate reaches 30% for calls conducted to Egypt & Jordan, thus:
  Call price per minute for Jordan is 1.54 NIS instead of 2.2 NIS,
  Egypt, 2.1 NIS instead of 3.0 NIS,
  Other Arab countries, 2.4 NIS instead of 3.2 (25%).

* (Reduction is applicable every 10:00pm through 8:00am of the next day, Fridays and official holidays).

Moreover, fixed phone subscription fees were reduced as well to 50 NIS/ per every two months instead of 60 NIS. According to the Palestine Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), recent studies conducted through the last three years show that the Telecom Sector is the only sector displaying continuous pricing reduction compared to other economic sectors.
