PalTel Inaugurates New Customer Service Center at Dora City
Palestine Telecommunications Company set an ambitious plan to increase the number of
Customer Service Centers throughout the Palestinian districts. The centers are formed
into 18 operational centers whereby a new center has been opened in Dora City which
will serve the population in Al Fawar camp, Singer, Kharsad, Al Tabqa, Kreseih, Wadi
Al Shajina, Taramah, and Alhijrah. The new center will provide such services as new
telephone installation applications, telephone bill duplicating, and bill details, in addition
to a variety of other available services.
