The Board of Directors’ Recommendations

The following are being recommended:
1. Discussing the Board of Directors’ report for the year 1998 and approving it
2. Reviewing the Auditors’ Report for the year 1998
3. Discussing the Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company for
    the year 1998
4. Liability discharge of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 1998 and
    authorizing the Board to calculate their remuneration
5. Selection of the external auditors for the fiscal year ahead
6. The Board of Directors’ recommendations regarding revenues distribution

Finally we thank God All Mighty for his providence and grace and for enabling us to achieve what we did and pray to him for continued support and success.

The Board of Directors have the pleasure to thank and appreciate highly all the founders and shareholders of the company who have participated and continue to participate in the building of the company, and all parties that deal with the company. With special thanks to his Excellency the Minister of Post and Telecommunications and his Deputy and all the employees of the Ministry and also to all officials in the various PNA ministries and divisions and all their employees for their cooperation and support, and to the company consultants and all employees for their loyalty, devotion, and dedication in building this company and for continuing to strive toward achieving the company’s welfare and service to the public.
