Handicapped And disabled are exempted from half the bi-monthly fees(phone line)-60N.I. S-thus the amount due bi-monthly is 30 N.I.S only.

Handicapped are eligible for 600 calling units bi-monthly.

Disabled with 80% or more disability are eligible for 120 calling units bi-monthly.

Handicapped and disabled have to pay the line installation fees,international calls ,calls to Israel ,mobile charges and any other accrued expenses on their phone bill.

Reductions are conditioned by presentation of documents issued by Ministry of Health.
