The department is divided
into three sections:
First: Waste Water & Storm Water

Third: Planning and Coordination Section
Deputy Director: Eng. Majed Zimmo
Responsibilities:
- To supervise water projects like water networks
and wells starting with planning and designing and ending by completion.
- To supervise the sewage drainage projects,
networks, and pumping plants.
- To work the sewage water treatment plant and reuse
the water produced for agricultural and organic fertilization purposes and refilling the
ground tanks.
- To coordinate and plan between this department and
other municipal departments, as well as foreign bodies which prepare and implement
different projects.
- To conduct preventive and routine maintenance
works for all sections of the department, and maintain all pieces of equipment needed for
production in the sections of water and sewage drainage.
