Responsibilities:
To conduct preliminary field
studies for the projects implemented or supervised by the municipality and refer them to
the section of designing.

Deputy Director of the Department of Project Preparation and Development and Head of the
Section: Atta Al-Seqali, Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To design and prepare plans for the projects
implemented in the city by the municipality.
- To prepare quantity tables and tender documents for
these projects.
- To participate in the committees which receive
projects and the committee of sample inspection.
