Responsibilities &
Duties:
- Drawing and follow-up the required development
plans for the city of Gaza.
- Coordinating efforts with the Dept. of planning to
increase the proficiency of work performance.
- Follow-up the public inquiries and make sure to
facilitate citizens' applications.
- Follow-up the performance of the following sections
at the Municipality to achieve the highest standards:
- Building
License Sec.
- Urban planning sec.
- Surveying Sec.
- Professions and Advertising Sec.
- License Revenues Sec.
- Streets Naming and Numbering Sec.
- Public Inquiries Sec.
- Monitoring the performance of the mentioned
sections through the analysis of weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
- Studying and recommending to the Mayor all training
and technical needs of the employees of the Dept. of planning & Building Licenses.
- Evaluation of the personnel's performance.
- Building-up a cooperation network with relevant
national and international institutions & organizations.
- Any other duties committed by the Mayor.
