The Sewage Network

The Municipality is currently working on improving the existing sewage networks and adding new ones.

Road Pavement

The Municipality of Ramallah is currently fixing the rest of the city's roads. In addition, new roads are being opened and paved in the city's outskirts.

The Development of Downtown Ramallah

To preserve this section of the city, a study was conducted to develop and conserve its buildings, roads and overall image while still maintain its rich culture and heritage. Architectural plans were devised and a complete documentation of old sites including their history was prepared.

Traffic Lights Project

Through the generous contribution of the French government and in coordination with AL-Bireh Municipality, a total of 10 traffic lights will be installed in vital crossroads to solve the problem of traffic.

Ramallah Festivals

The Ramallah Fifth and Sixth Festivals were held in 1996 and 1997 consecutively after thirty one years of complete halt.
