Dear All, Outsourcing could be a way out for the Palestinian IT sector especially during these rough times. However, and out of personal experience, there is an important pre-requisite for outsourcing services that American and European firms require, and this is mainly certification - for Systems and Software Engineering. Qualifying for certification requires hard work and may take a long time. I suggest that we start thinking along these lines to be effective in this endeavor. I have more information about this subject should anyone require it.
