Board of Directors' Recommendations

The following are being recommended:

1. Discussing the Board of Directors' report for the year 1999 and approving it

2. Reviewing the Auditors' Report for the year 1999

3. Discussing the Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company for the year 1999

4. Liability discharge of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 1999 and authorizing the Board to calculate their remuneration

5. Selection of the external auditors for the fiscal year ahead

6. Board of Directors' recommendations regarding revenues distribution

Finally we thank God All Mighty for his providence and grace and for enabling us to achieve what we did and pray to him for continued support and success.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the founders, shareholders, consultants and employees, who have expressed support in the growth of the company.
Special thanks are due to his Excellency the Minister of Post and Telecommunications and his Deputy. Also, to all the employees of the Ministry, officials in the various PNA ministries and divisions, for their cooperation and support. Again, we thank all who have devoted their time and efforts into achieving company excellence.
