Additional Ways of Giving to MERIP:

* Donating Stock: MERIP gladly accepts donations of stock. Giving appreciated stock offers major tax advantages to the giver and is invaluable to our work. When you donate appreciated stock to MERIP, you avoid paying the capital gains tax. Since we're tax exempt, we don't pay it either, so we both benefit.

* Planned Giving and Bequests: A bequest is a provision in your will to give a gift to MERIP. Gifts to MERIP can also be made through revocable trust arrangements, called living trusts, charitable leading trusts, life income gifts and other arrangements. All have major tax benefits for the giver and provide MERIP with vitally needed income. If you want more information about any of these options, please contact:
