Announcement The Middle East Research and Information Project, a progressive non-profit organization, is seeking a dynamic full-time editor for in-house production of its award-winning quarterly magazine, Middle East Report. The editor assigns and commissions articles in collaboration with the Editorial Committee of the Board (comprised of leading scholars and activists working on a voluntary basis), coordinates the schedule of the magazine with the publishing house, as well as the executive director, associate editor, and the media director, and is responsible for editing all published materials. He/she is ultimately responsible for the editorial content and timely appearance of Middle East Report magazine and other MERIP publications, and is consulted on design and production. He/she plays a central role in the organization and helps define and project the mission through networking and media relations. Required qualifications include:
