WELCOME TO THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICE

The Public Relations Office exists to promote understanding of the mission and work of Birzeit University, via the dissemination of print and electronic publications and through the facilitation of visits to the university. Access Birzeit University's homepage here.

• Visitors Section - The Office facilitated the visits of over 6,000 local and international visitors in 1996/97.
• Arabic & English Publications - including the Birzeit English Newsletter, brief publications and press releases.
  
• World Wide Web Project - Birzeit's link with the outside world.
  
• Human Rights Action Project - follows the case of every student or staff member arrested
  
• Photography Department - documenting the life of the university in images.
• Public Relations Office Staff - Brief introduction to the staff and their backgrounds.
