| Program
Description This 56 hours training program is designed to provide network
engineers with experience needed to administer, maintain, troubleshoot windows NT 4.0
networks. The program will be instructed by a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. In
addition, this program will include a heavy practical training component that will be
given between modules. Computer labs will be converted into an enterprise environment, and
participants will be requested to apply the training material to this environment.

Core foundation for
supporting Microsoft Windows NT Operating system version 4.0.The goal is to provide
support professionals with the skills necessary to install, configure, customize, , and
troubleshoot Windows NT4.0. |

Practical
Training
In addition to the Microsoft Curriculum, most of
the modules of this program will involve an additional practical training component. This
will permit the trainees to apply the skills acquired in the training to an advanced
working environment. The laboratory will be configured to simulate an organization or
multiple organizations with multiple servers and functional descriptions. Trainees will be
given different scenarios and cases to configure or complex problems to solve. At the end
of each module the trainees will be given a project (preferably from their working
environment) to work on.

Training Requirements
- Trainees must have strong background
in computer work some experience in networking (priority will be given to participants
with stronger experience).
- Participants must complete all requirements of a module and
pass the evaluation criteria to qualify for the following module
- Participants must develop a project from their professional
environments based on the skills acquired during the training. The projects will be
evaluated.
