In your letter call on the Israeli government to take two real steps toward peace:
- State unequivocally their support for the Gaza students right to continue their education at the university most suited to their academic and personal circumstances;
- Adopt, publish, and follow standardized and transparent procedures which will enable all students to continue their studies uninterrupted.
Send a copy of the letter to the foreign ministry in your country. It is important that goverment leaders all over the world become informed about the difficulties faced by Gaza students, and the potential to solve them.
In countries where there is more than one diplomatic office listed, send your intervention to the embassy or consulate general closest to you. Follow-up the letter with a phone call, request to meet with a member of the staff about the issue of Gaza students. If you don't find a nearby representative, contact the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs with your message.
If you know addresses that are not yet included in this list, please send them to the Gaza Students Campaign for inclusion.
