In 1952, six college students attending Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan discussed the idea of a newsletter for the Ramallah community in the United States.  The idea eventually lead to the publication of the present Hathihe Ramallah Magazine.

Over the past 40 years, Hathihe Ramallah has been conveying a message of importance to all of our people.  It has been the major link that keeps the Ramallah family members in touch with each other through our community news here and abroad.

As readers have noticed recently, great efforts have been taken to improve the magazine.  This included, improved graphics art and overall magazine layout.
