The Jerusalem Jazz Festival 1999

March 18 - 24/1999

For this festival, our goal is to host six consecutive nights of Jazz during March 18-23, 1999. We see the main events taking place in Jerusalem with the YMCA in Eastern Jerusalem being the venue for the festival (300 capacity). We also would like to hold additional concerts by the performing artists in Ramallah and Bethlehem where we believe a large audience will attend. Alongside the concerts, the artist will hold daytime workshops, in collaboration with The National Conservatory of Music, with local Palestinian musicians to introduce them to the big and beautiful world of Jazz.
