Samir Salameh

Salameh was born in Safad in 1948, and was raised and lived outside Palestine. He studied fine arts in Damascus and Paris. After living in Paris for a long time, he has recently returned to Palestine. He has held more than 12 personal exhibits in Paris, Kuwait, Algiers, Damascus, Tunis, Cairo, Athens, etc.. He has also participated in a number of group exhibits and biennials in Jerusalem, Berlin, Havana, and Kuwait. His bold works can also be found in public collections such as theTunis Museum of Art, the Postdam Museum, and Jordan's National Gallery.
