Hussni Radwan

Radwan is one of the boldest Palestinian colorists. His large canvasses mix shards of pottery, pieces of paper and cloth, with acrylic and oil colors. He has also experimented recently with wood assemblages. Radwan was born in 1955 in Baghdad, where he obtained a BA from its fine arts college. He works as a graphic designer for many local quarterlies and papers. He has exhibited widely in Tunisia, Iraq, Cyprus, Palestine,  and participated in a graphic art Biennials in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, and in Berlin.
