Dear Board

I would like to report to you on the following meetings:

1- We had a meeting myself, Sam and Kareem with the minister of higher
education about the .PS domain. This meeting was done upon our request since
we heard that Dr. Munther Salah is interesting to solve this problem. The
meeting was OK but without any progress rather than it was a good PR to us
with the minister. He promised that he will follow up this issue with the
President and with Dr. Sha'ath.

2- DAI asked me for a meeting on Thursday, and this meeting Dr. Samir from
Paltrade and Mr. Walid Al-Najjab from Paltel were there also. DAI is working
with the USAID on a conference on Telecom regulation in Morocco between the
22nd and the 25th of October. They are suggesting to invite repetitive from
PITA, Paltrade, Paltel and MOPT ( total of 5-7 persons ). The conference
will concentrate on telecom regulations and some representatives from
International associations will be there to speak about this issue. Eight
Arab countries representatives will be their.

 I will explain more about this report on Monday meeting.
