Budget Forecast for FY2001

Greetings,

I have prepared the three sheets included in the attached file to help us
come up with a forecast for the financials of the current FY.
I believe that the most important figures are the direct costs of the
operations of PITA which are not part of any profit/loss activity. Once we
have a clear idea on the resultant figure (net cash flow) then we will
consider how to make it up if it is a negative figure.
Furthermore, I believe that we need to study each proposed activity on an
individual basis and then prioritize in accordance with objectives and
costs.

Please check out the file, modify or comment as necessary and then we need
to ask Dr. Mashhour to fill out.
