 What I
was proposing is just a mailing list where all ISPs will be involved,
this mailing list will be used as a forum to get a general consensus that
all of us agree upon. PITA will not lose anything but it will be a good

        

advertisement
for it and once every body gets involved we can persuade non ISP members
to become members
