The Society of In'ash El-Usra is a women's organization which was established in 1965 in El-Bireh, Palestine, with the aim of raising the standard of Palestinian women on different levels on one hand, and serving the various sectors of the community on the other. The Society has an Executive Committee of 12 members, a General Assembly of 91 members and 113 employees.

All along, the Society has been guided by three general principles:

1. Better light one candle a day than curse darkness for hundred years.

2. The word "impossible" is nonexistent; where there is a will there is a way.

3. When all talents, efforts and ideas are united for the general good, the achievement is great.
