FoBZU encourages visitors via the workcamps, study tours and courses for two reasons:
- Experiencing Palestinian culture - With the often negative image of Arabs and Palestinians in the world's media as backward, violent and threatening, it is essential that there are opportunities for internationals to meet Palestinians for th
emselves.
- Affording Palestinians the opportunity to meet internationals - With travel restrictions for many young Palestinians, may be the only opportunity he or she has to properly get to know someone from Britain, America or Japan and understand
more of your culture!
