This last supervisory role includes the overseeing of work by Masters students from abroad who are working on theses in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
The Department is scheduled to begin teaching at the post-graduate level in the second semester of the academic year 1995-1996. Based on a field investigation into the training needs primary health care professionals, a special post-graduate Diploma in Primary Health Care Training/Supervision has been developed. The diploma program aims to assist in the creation of the mid-level trainer supervisor post and is a necessary step towards the further development of the local health care system.
