Services Available to the Local Community. The grant established the
capability to monitor several small waste-water package treatment units
built or being built in the local area, thereby monitoring their operation

Creating a data Base to Monitor the quality of Drinking
Water in the Bethlehem District. The grant established a water testing
laboratory at Bethlehem University. From here a data base was started to
monitor the drinking water in the towns and villages of the Bethlehem
