Hello to all! I am sad to say I missed the convention this year, but am glad the comments about it are great. I want to add that this website is terrific, what a way to spread our words. I live in Phoenix, where there is hardly an arab community, so write some time. A fellow arab from Ramallah!

I hope everyone had a good time at the convention, I know I did!! I loved meeting new people in the elevators, at the dances and on the couches in the lobby!! Then, it ended just as it started, in a flash. Then I began wondering why it has to end there? So I thought we should have a chat room for Ramallah people only! This will enable us to meet new people before we go to conventions so to meet at them, and for after conventions to discuss our feelings about it. So with help from "Name4sale" and "Kashman55", I have created it. A Private Room named "Ramallah". To get here, you can either click on the room's address below in the blue or click on "KEYWORD" in the top right corner of the screen and type this address: aol://2719:2-2-Ramallah Thanx, I hope to see you all there! P.S.- If you have any questions, Email either Hckygrt5@aol.com or Name4Sale@aol.com

Ramallah Club conventions are one of the most amazing spectacles around. I tell some friends on mine that I went to a Ramallah family reunion-convention with at least 2,000 people attending. I tell them we attend dinners, go places around the city, meet other family members that I have never seen in my life, and best of all, PARTY ALL NIGHT LONG. They were just amazed. Then I tell them that among the 2,000+ people, there was not one fight or argument the whole time. That's when they almost fell over in shock of how well us Ramallah people get along. Next thing I know, they're asking me if they can come with me to Houston next year. I said no because we don't know if Houston can top Detroit. Good job Detroit and all the people who attended. Now, put on your shorts and southern accent and I'll see ya in Houston next year, partners.

This years convention made me very proud to be a Ramallahite. To see all our young people come together makes all of the work worth while. However, next year I would like to see all of the young adults present at the convention make an attempt to attend business meetings. I heard a lot of good ideas from you in the lobby of the hotel. To get those ideas heard and implemented you need to get involved. Nothing would make me more proud than to see the meeting room full of young adults determined on making change. Hope to see you all at the meetings in Houston.

I think that it would be cool to build up the chat room. It is a cheap and easy way to talk to family and friends, and we need to make it a success. If you guys want to talk about the convention, maybe we should arragne a time. How does 10:00 (PDT) on monday sound?
