• Saturday, May 1, 1999 - Birzeit University will confer an honourary doctorate degree on Mr. Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan at 3:00pm in the Kamal Nasir Hall. Mr. Al-Qattan is an honorary member of the University Board of Trustees and is currently involved in establishing the Institute for Educational Research and Development in co-operation with the Al-Qattan Insitute and Birzeit University.
