Mustafa Muhammad Farrarjeh, 22 years old from Doha/Dheisheh in Bethlehem was shot in the back with exploding Dum-Dum bullets while on his way home from work through the northern entrance of Beit Jala. Another Palestinian who was with him is in critical condition. Protests are currently taking place near Dheisheh Refugee Camp, with at least 4 injuries, one of which is critical. Clashes are currently taking place in Beit Sahour, Aida Refugee Camp and the village of Hossan. No further details are available at this point.
In Jenin, following the funeral this afternoon of Mahmoud Lutfi Massad, 24 years old ffrom Jenin, clashes erupted throughout the area. At least 40 injuries were reported, 2 from live ammunition.
In Gaza, clashes have ceased, with approximately 15 injuries reported today.
A helicopter arrived this afternoon from Egypt bringing with it
medical supplies and 15 doctors to offer assistance in Palestinian
hospitals in Gaza. 8 critical medical cases will also be transferred
to hospitals in Egypt for treatment.
