Two-thousand people have staged a pro-Palestinian demonstration outside the Israeli embassy in Madrid, calling for an end to the violence in the Middle East.
The protestors read excerpts from the Koran and chanted anti-Israeli slogans for about an hour .. with some carrying signs which read, "Israel genocide in Palestine."
The demonstrators also accused the Israeli army of attacking unarmed people, women and children.
