This is an old division. It plays an important role in the field of health and environment. It is responsible for conducting the following tasks:

1. Issuing and controlling licenses of crafts and industries.
2. Controlling butcheries and slaughterhouse.
3. Management of solid wastes: collection, transfer and burn.
4. Control the city hygienically.
5. Beautificating the city and planting trees.
6. Control on food.

In order to develop this division and enable it of meeting the city needs, it is important to implement the following items.

1. Extending and expanding the current dump and construction a wall around it.
2. Supplying the city with 100 garbage containers capacity 1.1 m3 each.
3. Supplying a garbage truck capacity 12 m3.
4. Supplying the necessary equipment for trees cultivation.
5. Supplying different kinds of trees and plants.
6. A bulldozer for the city dump.
