The most recent update on the number of tenders issued for the construction of housing units to expand existing settlements shows the extent of Israeli colonization activities in the Palestinian territory since the formation of the present Israeli government.

It should be noted that 2700 housing units are being built in the Abu Ghneim settlement in Jerusalem, and 132 housing units in Ras Al Amud in Jerusalem . Which means that the known number of housing units being constructed in Israeli settlements is 6944
