Requests for Applications to join the Palestinian Diplomatic Service

The Diplomatic Training at the Ministry of Planning and International cooperation is seeking applications from highly qualified Palestinian males and females to join in the program of diploma in diplomatic studies which is especially tailored to train young diplomats with high level of efficiency and competence to join the Palestinian Diplomatic Corps abroad.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. All applicants must be Palestinian citizens or qualified to be citizens.
2. Applicants must not be more than 30 years old at the date of applying.
3. Applicants must have the first university degree (bachelors) at least
4. Applicants must be proficient and fluent in English (a second foreign language is an asset).
5. Applicants must pass the various recruitment tests (entry exams).
6. Applicants enrolled are expected to be free for training period of nine months- Training will take place in Ramallah.

Working in the diplomatic service, you must be prepared to serve at any of the Palestinian embassies and missions worldwide.

DEADLINE FOR FULLY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS IS 2, October 2000.
