Deputy Minister

Hisham Kuhail

 Was appointed Deputy Minister of Higher Education in June 1996. He holds an M. Phil in Architecture form University of Newcastle. Mr. Kuhail has been involved in he field of Education for twenty-two years. He has held several important positions as Director General for Technical Education and Colleges in the Ministry of Education, Dean of Palestine Polytechnic at Hebron. Mr. Kuhail has been very active in designing the National Strategy for TVET, and is a member of several National and International Committees and Organizations.
