Company Assessment & Advice on Financial Structure & Performance

4^th Week of May 01 & 1^st Week of June 01

Program Summary:

The program includes a one or two day company assessment to revise and discuss the financials structure, performance and planning (all or any) for each participating company. It's required that the decision makers of each interested company to be engaged in this program.

Program Tracks:

1.      Assessing the current financial structure, performance & planning (al or any) and suggest improvements

Prerequisites: 3 Years track of company financials

2.      Assisting in Structuring the Financials

Prerequisites: Knowledge of Business Planning and attendance of the Business Planning Course offered by PITA

Deliverables: Report & Recommendations

Process:

1.      Application forms recived & screened

2.      An introductory visit to assess needs (1-2 hours)

3.      TA as described above (1-2 days)

Target Group:

-        Companies that have business plans and plan to expand; 

-        Companies that have business plans and interested in assessing/re-structuring their financials

The Conultant(s):

John Landsburg, Consultant, MAP.

Mr. Landsburg is a company assessment specialist how has over 35 years of experience in the areas of banking & financial assessment.

Mr. Omar Al-Sahili, the IT Sector Manager at MAP will accompany Mr. Landsburg in his company visits.

Criteria:

-        PITA members

-        First Come First Serve in addition to screening

Fees:

$100 per day (Paid to PITA)
