Target Group
  • Up to 2 ICT companies.

Description

 This program is aimed at mature IT firms who are ready to begin drafting a strategic positioning of their companies.  The program offers the firms the opportunity to develop a full company strategic document that contains a full set of values as well as mature strategic business plan that corresponds to these values.  The program is a dynamic one that is based on full participation of all related staff members in the overall process and sessions.

Methodology
  • Registration for the program with PITA using the attached form.
  • MAP will conduct a company visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with deliverables and estimate of implementation cost.   
  • Scope of Work, deliverables and Program Cost approved by the company.
  • Company payment of set program fees.   
  • PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.
  • Commencement of work after Letter of Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP.

  • $700 Non-members
