Target Group

• Up to 2 ICT companies.

Description

The Operational Improvement program is designed to respond to the business operations development needs resulting from the CSP program.  The areas that will be covered in this program include (but not limited to) Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Business Development Operations, and Business Restructure.  Individual company reports and system procedures will be delivered to the companies.

Methodology

• Registration for the program with PITA using the attached form.
• MAP will conduct a company visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with deliverables and estimate of implementation cost.   
• Scope of Work, deliverables and Program Cost approved by the company.
• Company payment of set program fees.   
• PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.
• Commencement of work after Letter of Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP. 

Cost & Payment

• $500 members

• $700 Non-members

2. Advance payment of $450 for PITA members.
