Target Group

• Up to 2 ICT companies.

Description

As part of the marketing components and services provided, this program is designed to assist ICT companies to gather market intelligence information documented and analyzed to meet the company's targets.  This information shall be utilized to expand the participating companies market shares locally, regionally and internationally.  Professional marketing specialists (MAP staff or subcontractors) shall develop the TOR needed to meet the companies goals and generate a professional report to cover the company's information needs.  This service can be expanded to develop a business-to-business contacts, meetings and itineraries for match making export oriented activities in target markets.

Methodology

• Registration for the program with PITA using the attached form.
• MAP will conduct a company visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with deliverables and estimate of implementation cost.   
• Scope of Work, deliverables and Program Cost approved by the company.
• Company payment of set program fees.   
• PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.
• Commencement of work after Letter of Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP. 

Cost & Payment

• $700 Members (Advance Payment)

• $980 Non-Members (Advance Payment)
