Description

The Company Branding program is important to companies that have recognized the need for developing a brand identity and strategy. This key program will assist the participating companies in creating a direct linkage between the company identity, its main line of business and services and the market it serves.  The program also helps a company to establish market positioning and defined value associations with its products. The first step is to develop an identity statement. The identity statement forms the core of the company's brand identity and reflects the company's values, or brand essence.

Fundamentally, the identity statement says who and what the company is and what the company stands for. The next step is to create the essential company positioning. The positioning identifies competitive advantages of the company and is the basis for its unique selling proposition, (USP). After that, the following step is to develop the communications strategy, which is based on the creating key messages. These messages are formed by understanding the company's audiences. Different messages can be developed to address different constituencies but must be coordinated to be consistent with a coherent brand strategy. Then, short, medium, and long term plans a sets of activities will be developed to determine the appropriate methods to ensure company message delivery on sustainable basis.  The program will also illustrate the tools needed for developing these activities and partially assist the companies financially to implement the final output and plans.
