Target Group
  • Up to 2 ICT companies.

Description

This program is designed to serve ICT companies that are interested in building an internal financial management systems that allow them to better plan and control its operations.  The program shall also serve the demand of the ICT companies that are interested in improving specific financial management issues for record keeping, budget allocation, budget forecast as well as other important costing and pricing issues. 

Methodology
  • Registration for the program with PITA using the attached form.
  • MAP will conduct a company visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with deliverables and estimate of implementation cost.   
  • Scope of Work, deliverables and Program Cost approved by the company.
  • Company payment of set program fees.   
  • PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.
  • Commencement of work after Letter of Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP.
