Target Group

• Up to 8 ICT companies.

Description

This program comes as an introduction to all other Firm Level Assistance program.  The Compressed Service Program is designed to introduce the available programs to IT companies and to build their profiles and knowledge of PITA programs and roles. Among that process, the companies also get the opportunity to understand more about the value of consulting services and learn more about their internal and external environment.  The program offers the companies a Company Profiles Update, Company Products / Services Listing, SWOT Analysis, as well as Primary Business and Marketing recommendations and implementation plan. 

Methodology

• Registration for the program with PITA using the attached form.
• MAP will conduct a company visit to assess needs and a finalized Scope of Work (SOW) with deliverables and estimate of implementation cost.   
• Scope of Work, deliverables and Program Cost approved by the company.
• Company payment of set program fees.   
• PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.
• Commencement of work after Letter of Agreement (LOA) is signed with MAP. 

Cost & Payment

• $450 Members (Advance Payment)

• $630 Non-Members (Advance Payment)
