Target Group
  • Up to 6 ICT companies.
Description

The Operational Improvement program is designed to respond to specific development areas at IT companies. Those can be defined as a result of the assessment reports or based on MAP analysis to the company needs.

 

The areas that can be covered in this program could be (but not limited to):

  • Strategic Planning,

  • Business Planning,
  • Business Development Operations,
  • Marketing Development Operations, and
  • Business Restructure.
Methodology

  • Interested companies (Companies) to register for the program with PITA, whereas PITA will authorize the commencement of work with MAP.

  • The Scope of Work (SOW) to be finalized with MAP assistance.

  • A tender to be sent out to qualified consultancy firms (Contractors). 

  • Evaluation of proposals to be done jointly by MAP and the Companies and awarding of Contractors by the Companies.

  • Contracts are signed between the Companies and the Contractors.

  • Letters of agreements (LOA) to be signed between MAP and the Companies.
Cost & Payment

  • MAP will reimburse PITA member Companies with 60% and up to $3,000 of the total cost of the contracts (estimated at 5K each), and up to $2,500 for non PITA members.

  • PITA member Companies pay the registration fees of $250 directly to PITA. Non-members pay the amount of $400 directly to PITA.

  • The percentage of MAP support decreases when participating in this program for more than one time.
To Apply
  1. Attached Application Form should be filled & emailed to PITA at (pita@pita-palestine.org).
  2. Advanced payment of $250 for PITA members & $400 for Non-members with the submission of the Application.
  3. Company Profile filled at PITA website and for MAP.
