Compressed Service Program for Gaza IT companies

This program comes as an introduction to the Firm Level Assistance program that was announced through PITA-MAP activities.  The Compressed Service Program is designed to introduce the available programs to Gaza IT companies and to build their profiles and knowledge of PITA programs and roles.

Program Description:

A.    Company Profiles Update:

The first step in the program is to create / update company profiles for each of the participating companies for PITA and MAP.  A copy of the profile will be delivered to the company. 

B.     SWOT Analysis:

Primary SWOT analysis will be conducted for the company based on personal interviews with the management team.  The results will illustrate the companies’ internal strengths and weaknesses; and describe their external opportunities and threats for their lines of business.  The analysis will be directed towards the overall company status and for local and international dimensions.

C.    Primary Business and Marketing Plan:

Based on the conducted SWOT analysis, the program will also assist the participating companies to identify and prioritize their business and marketing development needs.  The primary plan will be delivered in a report that links these priorities to the available Firm Level Assistance programs offered by PITA and MAP and prioritize them in accordance with each company’s needs.

·         The program will be executed by MAP.

• Registration fees for members are $50 paid directly to PITA.  Non-members' fees are $65.

Additional:

1. A Letter of Agreement will be signed with MAP for each participating company.
