Subject: Seeking your assistance

Dear Mashhour,

As a CISCO regional academy and in cooperation with the Welfare
Association, Bit is planning to conduct training for semesters 3 and 4
of the CISCO Local Academies next week. With the completion of this
training, approximately 7 academies in the West Bank (Birzeit, Najah,
Polytechnic, two technical schools, and Friends School) will be able to
deliver the Cisco academy program and graduate CCNA's using CISCO's
official training materials.

We are very seriously seeking to expand the training to Gaza (IUG and
Khan Younes Technical College). We are in the process of working out a
video conferencing setup between BZU and IUG. What is missing are
routers. The training program requires four CISCO routers and three
switches. We have this bundle at Birzeit, but it is missing in Gaza.
Can PITA assist us in securing the routers and switches whether in WB or
Gaza? (of course it would be easier in Gaza, but if in WB we can arrange
with a UN car to transport them back and forth). The following are the
minimum specifications of the routers and the switch that we require:

3 Cisco routers with two serial ports and 1 ethernet port (4 preferred)
2 Cisco switches (catalyst 1900 and above) (3 preferred)
serial cables for the routers.

The training will take place between the 13th and the 25th of August.

Your assistance in this manner would be highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Marwan Tarazi
